Day 3 of house/petsitting for my parents and everyone is sick of being here. I took the girls to a play area in the mall today then to Mcdonalds (with a play area of course) for lunch. The play area in the mall consisted of a bunch of giant fruit to crawl on and giant chair, bed and toothbrush. Needless to say - that entertained the triplets for about 20 minutes then it was time to go before they escaped from the play area out into the mall. There was nothing there for Avery so she clung to me the entire time whining. Mcdonald's wasn't much better. Tons of kids and one triplet and one 1 year-old hanging on me constantly. Not my idea of a successful outing. I just can't believe there are no play cafes around here (Bay City/Midland/Saginaw, MI). Guess I've gotten spoiled living in the Metro Detroit area.
One positive thing to mention is that I did manage to lose one more pound! Five more to go and then I will be back to my pre-triplet pregnancy weight. Have not been working out at all, but I have been eating much better.
