Hello everyone - it's been a few days since I posted anything. Been really busy. Yesterday I drove to my parents house where I will be housesitting for a few days. Believe it or not, when I found out I was having triplets my parents had to finish off part of their basement so we would have enough room to stay at their house when we came up to visit! They just have a small home because all their "chicks" left the "nest" a LONG time ago. I'm gonna have to find some places to go the next few days. My parent's house is not as child proof as ours so I'm constantly getting after the girls about not getting into stuff, etc.... I'll need to take them to McDonald's or Burger King and let them run in their play areas for a few hours the next few days. There are no play cafes near my parent's house like there are by my house. Speaking about play cafes - I'd like to give a shout out to the ones I frequent in my area - these places are a lifesaver for families with multiples.
The first one - My Urban Toddler is a play cafe and store - it is an imagination driven play cafe. No playstructures here with slides and cargo nets to climb on. This place has different "areas" each with a different theme. Kitchen, grocery story, art, theatre, books/puzzles, infant park - are some of the areas available for your child to play and use their imagination.
