Been a While

Haven't posted in a while.  Not much happeing though.  Just waiting for warm weather to finally get here and stay!  I've been trying to do some spring cleaning - just a little each day.  Yesterday I shampooed the living room carpet - what a task.  Sure needed it though!  Sent the triplets to their Grandpa's house for the day and John occupied the baby for me.  Took about 3 hours total.  I actually went over the carpet two times - really soaked it.

A few days ago I went through the girls' clothes and weeded out all the ones they have outgrown and moved the next size into their drawers.  My stack of childrens/baby clothes for my yard sale is growing into a small mountain.  I have to start thinking about what prices to put on them and start getting the sale organized in general.  I plan on having the sale on memorial weekend.

The triplets have been wanting to go outside the last few days.  Chilly yet, but what the heck?  Why not send them out for some fresh air?  I think tomorrow we will take they to the woods behind our house and burn some leaves in the firepit.  That's a fun activity for them - they like to act like they are "camping out".  They keep wanting to go for a frog hunt - but the frogs and toads just aren't quite out yet.

Next project is to get Easter outfit for all the girls.  Should be interesting.  Think I will head to Kohl's and TJ Maxx.  They usually have a great selection at affordable prices.  Maybe I will find them some cute bonnets this year.  I don't think I will get a hat for Avery because she will just tear it off - but I think the triplets are old enough to want to wear hats and actually keep them on for a length of time.
